Based in Stirling, Ashley Ann Contracts has become a well established business in the sector, successfully grown over the last 10 years.
The demand for not only high quality products, but a product that looks great for years to come has increased over the years as house builders look for an excellence which matches their own values.

We have worked on many developments from small independent projects up to large scale national house builders, across Scotland and the North of England.

We pride ourselves in the product and service we offer as we feel this is an offering unlike any other business within the industry.

Our Story

Founded in 1986, Ashley Ann is now in its 34th year of trading and is a family-owned- and-run company started by Stephen and Ellen Bremner, and named after their daughter, Ashley. Stephen and Ellen’s sons, Gavin and Scott, are now in the senior management team, ensuring that Ashley Ann will continue to be run in the same caring way it always has been.

From our humble beginnings in a small unit in Thurso over thirty years ago, we now manufacture around 80 kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms per week, with these being supplied through eight of our own showrooms in Scotland, and many independent retailers spread right across the UK.

The scale of growth and advances in manufacturing technology have resulted in many changes to our company over the 30 years, but the family-led values which were at our heart from the earliest days still hold true today based from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wick, Caithness, in the far north of Scotland.

Our Process

Your kitchen furniture will be made individually for you, and will not be the end result of a production line. Instead, it will be individually machined, sprayed and then hand-assembled to ensure the outstanding quality Ashley Ann has become renowned for.

The second stage of creation is of course what happens during fitting, and here the same level of care and attention to detail applies as it does in design and manufacture. We only use tradesmen that share our values, and their objective will be to carry out a first class job and as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimise disruption.

    About me My kitchen journey started back in 2006, over this time I have built up a very extensive range of knowledge that has helped me achieve where I am today. I joined Ashley Ann in May 2017 doing contracts design and sales where I dealt with all tender designs and pricing. In September 2019 I was promoted to Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the team whilst continuing to tender and negotiate new developments.

    About me Originally from a manufacturing background in engineering. I progressed into a sales managers role working in both the retail and contract sectors for brand names such as LG Electronics, Whirlpool, Smeg and Franke. I owned my own business for three years designing and supplying kitchens to a few key clients which then led me to the position of Contract Sales Manager with Ashley Ann. The knowledge I have gained over the last 15 years has given me a far better understanding of all aspects of design, supply and installation of kitchen products to the ever changing contracts market.

    About me I have worked within the kitchen industry for over 30 years installing kitchens. I joined Ashley Ann in January 2019 to take on the task of organising installers and ensuring kitchens are installed to the high standard we expect an Ashley Ann kitchen to be fitted. I work closely with the team to coordinate customer care and remedial issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

    About me I’ve worked in kitchen industry since 2016 and joined Ashley Ann in November 2019 as the Contracts Administrator. This allows me to work closely with the designers and actually see how the design process begins all the way through to the end result which is rewarding.

    About me After studying Display Design in Glasgow for two years, I joined the Ashley Ann Stirling team back in January 2016 as the Showroom Administrator as my first job within the industry. From there, I have been building my knowledge and experience which led me to join the Contracts team, initially as their Administrator. I then became one of the Contracts Kitchen Design Consultants in October 2018.
    I focus on liaising between the site sales office and their clients to help guide them towards their dream kitchen within their new home. The Kitchen is the hub of the house, therefore, I understand how very important it is to get these colours and finishes just right. There is nothing better than seeing clients excited when they start to see their visions come to life.

    About me I began my career as a designer in 2004 based in central Scotland. Initially working on I-beam design before realising my passion and specialising in kitchens from 2006. With over a decade of experience I pride myself on offering bespoke design tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
    Today, as a Design Consultant I work closely with sales teams on sites around the country understanding their client’s needs to produce a stunning space for them and their families to cook, eat and relax. I help make the kitchen the heart of their new home. It’s an absolute joy to see each one become a reality.
